Perhaps the serpent is the harbinger of our exile, perhaps it is a long misunderstood member of the animal kingdom. The contrast in the dark core and even darker bands that riddle snakewood reflect this dual nature perfectly. A perfect wand for wizards with a serpents mind, or those that see a humans intent in the striking of a snake.
Once you choose your wood, choose the size of your wand. The sizes selected are the piece of wood that I will start with before carving.
Next, select how intricately you wand me to carve your wand. This is mostly a matter of how much time I put in to carving your wand. There is a simple elegance in all the wands. At the $100 level I will do intricate patterns and 2 dimensional imagery on the surface of your wand. At the $200 level I will carve three dimensional shapes and patterns into the wood. All the carving is done painstakingly by hand.
